The project was to build a Koji room for solid
state fermentation at IIT Kharagpur. The work involved design to prepare the
room, preparing the floor by providing required
slope, drainage system, laying false roofing, provisions for air inlets
and outlets, distribution, temperature and humidity controls, trays with
trolleys. Other support systems including air compressor, filters, humidifier,
dehumidifier, UV light system for Koj room were matched and supplied.
