Scraped Surface Evaporator

Scraped Surface Evaporator having heating area from 0.1 to 1.0 square meter, with or without accessories like pre-heater and condenser are available. The vertical model Scraped surface evaporator is normally provided with variable speed motor drive, Teflon scraping elements, jacketed barrel, complete with frame work and necessary instrumentation.

Evaporators are fabricated out of accurately honed, seamless tubular shells and include accurately scraping elements, driven by geared motor. The whole assembly of rotor along with motor drive system can be taken out for cleaning, maintenance and repairs.

Built in vapour separators and product receivers are provided. If required separate vapour separator and product receiver can be provided for larger units.

The unit can be designed as horizontal unit if there are limitations in building height.
