MURHOPYE  Rollacell apparatus allows laboratory and large scale propagation of monolayer cell cultures in standard roller culture vessels, 108-121 mm diameter and up to 550 mm long. The apparatus comprises of a power console which accepts roller tiers as per requirements.

A laboratory model with 2 bottle roller assembly is easily adaptable for large scale production by adding upto 3 more tiers. Castors may be provided as an additional feature.

The base unit consists of a drive motor, control circuitry and regulated power supply. Digital indication of speed is optional.. A powerful DC geared motor through a series of durable timer belts, drives the bottles in the speed range of 0.125 to 1 rpm or 0.25 to 10 rpm with an accuracy of 1%. High quality rubberized heavy metal rollers are fitted with sealed bearings for long life.

Three additional tiers may be added to the base unit to accommodate inside various size incubators or cold rooms. The unit can be supplied in completely assembled form or separately to be assembled in the user’s place.

The unit is supplied without bottles. The rpm is based on 11 mm dia. bottles.
