Overhead Shaker

These are shakers which provide uniform overhead rotation to the samples. Typical areas of application are in determining the elution quality of soil samples, wastewater & sludge in biotechnology & environmental engineering laboratories.
The basic equipment consists of adjustable fixing device for a number of vessels with different heights. The speed is in the range of 3 to 40 rpm. Loading capacity is maximum 6 vessels of 2 liter capacity each. More vessels of smaller size can be accommodated. It is provided with a 0-24 hr timer. Where so desired it can be offered to operate continuously also.

Lower speeds and varying number of vessels of different capacity can be offered as per customer’s requirement. To facilitate investigations in hematology, medical diagnostics, material testing and biochemistry where more vigorous shaking is desired, overhead shakers with higher speeds up to about 90 rpm can be offered.
