This could be achieved by using optimum nutritional medium and growing microorganisms under given condition. This requires growing a selected strain under controlled conditions such as temperature, pH, aeration and agitation. By applying fermentation technology, it is possible to economically produce required microbial population and density in a short time. To achieve this, an adequately designed and controlled fermentation process is essential.
