Heating: Nichrome wire heaters supported on refractories provided at the bottom. In memmert type, heaters are placed on three sides.
Air circulation: Forced air draft circulation.

MURHOPYE Humidity Oven is designed for use in laboratories & industry for conducting tests requiring an atmosphere of controlled temperature and humidity. Typical applications are investigation of vapour proof ness of packaging materials, determination of dielectric strength, insulation tests of electric components, study of effect of ambient conditions on plant and animal growth etc.,
Construction: This is a triple walled cabinet wherein the inside walls and shells are made of SS, outer body is made of GI sheet. A turbo blower maintains forced air circulation. The door has viewing window and has a magnetic rubber gasket to avoid vapour leakage.
A Humidistat controls the humidity up to 95% with a sensitivity of +/- 3%.
Water tank, circulation pump and thermostat are standard features.
Optional : Digital Temperature and Humidity indicating controller with sensor in place of thermostat, Thermo-hygrometer; cooling unit to enable operation of cabinet below room temperature from 5 deg C to 60 deg C.
MURHOPYE VACUUM OVENS are designed to dry heat sensitive materials that get oxidized easily or decomposed if dried at elevated temperatures. It is compact and suitable for general drying on a small scale in any laboratory up to 200 ºC
Working chamber made of thick SS is cylindrical in shape. It has two removable, perforated shelves to keep material to be dried.
The chamber is insulated with thick glass wool and covered on the outside by MS or SS sheet as per customer’s requirement.
Vacuum gauge, air inlet & outlet valves and a thermostat are standard fittings.
MURHOPYE MUFFLE FURNACES are ruggedly built for working temperatures up to 900 ºC and a maximum temperature of 1000 ºC. Temperature of the muffle is controlled by energy regulator and the working is indicated by jewel lights provided at the front. The standard furnaces are provided with silver fuse, thermocouple and a 100 mm scale pyrometer to indicate temperature.
Temperature controllers with indicator and Digital Temperature indicating controllers are optional.
The muffle furnaces for working temperature up to 1100 ºC and a maximum temperature of 1200 ºC are available.
MURHOPYE Hybridization ovens are double walled units having an inner chamber made of stainless steel and outer cabinet in MS duly painted.
The inner chamber has a rotor on which a carrier to hold bottles ( 6 in number of size 60 mm dia and 200 mm depth) can be placed. The carrier rotates at a speed from 2 to 16 rpm.
Temperature inside the oven is controlled by a PID digital controller in the range from 5 ºC above ambient to 60 ºC with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ºC. A circulation fan ensures temperature uniformity.
Viewing glass window in the door facilitates inspection of specimen inside the chamber.
